Oh, I needed to dust this off!

For some reason I remembered the old blog and I've been absolutely LOST in reading over it for the last few hours.  There were so many things that I'd forgotten about that the blog reminded me of that I just knew I needed to start it up again. There's no real way to recap 5 years except in the most cursory way so I'll just jump in.

Elianna is 8, almost 9 which puts the baby, Marielle at 6, almost 7.  And I thought it was too fast 5 years ago!  Mike is still in the PICU, we are still in Spokane and we actually love it here now.  I started working in pediatrics, got sad at all the cancer kids and went to the adult ER and now I'm back in the PICU (as of 2 weeks ago) and am in heaven!  We homeschool with a partnership program which puts the girls in actual school 2 days a week and we love that.  They are so smart and sassy and it blows my mind how much they know without us having taught them anything!  I'm going to  upload some pictures just to get this off the ground and then I'll come back often to really, REALLY update you on what's up with da Sokoloffs!
